Your Adult Annual Membership Fee Includes:
- 2 regular exams and cleanings from the date of the signed and paid contract
- Individualized plan for optimal oral health
- All x-rays and pictures are included with your visit
- Annual oral cancer screening
- 15% courtesy on all crowns, fillings, dentures, night guards, extractions, emergency exams, aligners and tooth whitening.
Your Child Annual Membership Fee Includes:
